Payment & Cancellation Policy
This Payment & Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings made through Flavors of Greece Tours, including those processed via our online booking system powered by Bokun. By making a reservation on our website or through our authorized platforms, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Payment Terms
  • Secure Online Booking: All reservations are processed securely via our booking partner, Bokun, using SSL encryption.

  • Accepted Payment Methods: We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) as well as other methods offered through Bokun’s checkout process.

  • Full Payment: Tours must be paid in full at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

  • Currency: All prices are listed in EUR (€) unless stated otherwise.

  • Taxes & Fees: All applicable taxes and booking fees are included in the final price unless otherwise specified.

2. Booking Confirmation
  • Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an automatic email confirmation with your tour details and booking reference.

  • If you do not receive confirmation within a few minutes, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us directly.

3. Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation terms are designed to be fair and flexible:

Free Cancellation

  • Cancel 24 hours or more before the tour’s scheduled start time and receive a 100% refund to your original method of payment.


Late Cancellation or No-Show

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour, or no-shows, are non-refundable.

  • No reschedules or changes are allowed within 24 hours of the tour start time.

4. Modifications & Rescheduling
  • You may modify or reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before the tour’s start time (subject to availability).

  • Changes within 24 hours cannot be accommodated due to logistics and staffing.

5. Cancellations by Flavors of Greece Tours

In rare cases (e.g. extreme weather, road closures, or unforeseen operational issues), we may cancel or postpone a tour for safety or technical reasons. In such events:

  • You will be notified as early as possible.

  • You will be offered a full refund, rescheduling, or an alternative tour option at no additional cost.

6. How to Cancel or Modify a Booking

To cancel or change your reservation, please use the “Manage My Booking” feature in your confirmation email, or contact us directly at:

📌 Important Notes
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

  • Group bookings or custom/private tours may be subject to different cancellation terms (clearly outlined during the booking process).
