Accepted Payment Methods: We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) as well as other methods offered through Bokun’s checkout process.
Full Payment: Tours must be paid in full at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
Currency: All prices are listed in EUR (€) unless stated otherwise.
Taxes & Fees: All applicable taxes and booking fees are included in the final price unless otherwise specified.
Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an automatic email confirmation with your tour details and booking reference.
If you do not receive confirmation within a few minutes, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us directly.
We understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation terms are designed to be fair and flexible:
Free Cancellation
- Cancel 24 hours or more before the tour’s scheduled start time and receive a 100% refund to your original method of payment.
Late Cancellation or No-Show
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour, or no-shows, are non-refundable.
No reschedules or changes are allowed within 24 hours of the tour start time.
You may modify or reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before the tour’s start time (subject to availability).
Changes within 24 hours cannot be accommodated due to logistics and staffing.
In rare cases (e.g. extreme weather, road closures, or unforeseen operational issues), we may cancel or postpone a tour for safety or technical reasons. In such events:
You will be notified as early as possible.
You will be offered a full refund, rescheduling, or an alternative tour option at no additional cost.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
Group bookings or custom/private tours may be subject to different cancellation terms (clearly outlined during the booking process).
